The service here was fantastic! The staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable, helping us with transportation and even offering free water, coffee, and toothbrushes. The location was also great, with easy access to local attractions and a beautiful view of the river. The room was clean and comfortable, with cozy bedding and a fridge available for use.
We did encounter a few negatives during our stay. The nearby area can be quite dirty and unpleasant, with a strong smell from the river.

The staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating, allowing us to check in early and even serving breakfast after. the location was also convenient, with easy access to key city attractions. the hotel provided us with hot water and even assisted us in transportation to certain destinations.
the Wi-Fi was incredibly poor and often unusable, causing us to rely on our own personal data.

Excellent staff, breakfast, location and cleanliness. We had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The staff was very courteous and helpful. They arranged our early check-in, served us breakfast after the check-in, and provided us with hot water upon request. The rooms and common areas were spotless. The breakfast spread was great, with options like noodles, rice, eggs, and fruits. The hotel's location was perfect, just a 5-minute walk to the river and the jetty to visit attractions. We highly recommend this hotel.
Couldn't stay longer. This hotel was great overall, and we had no complaints.
